Happy new year Adam!

Thank you for this heartfelt prompt. It was quite emotional, felt a little choked up actually 😅. From this exercise,I learnt that all the things that were missing in my childhood, I am actually giving to my daughter; Words of affirmation, lots of quality time with her, apologising after losing my patience. I’m not perfect but I’m healing some generational trauma bit by bit. Hopefully ❤️

Hope is always a good thing, and whatever you’ve drawn or written down is part of the art you need to create!

Thanks Adam! I've been reading your prompts for a while now, but haven't got as far as actually doing them 🫣. One of the things I like about them is that there is lots of space to be me, while having a framework to work to. I'm working on implementing the 10min sketchbook practice into my day this year. Thank you for your thoughtful articles, let's do this!

May you find a perfect space for this practice in your days, don’t fret if you miss a day, just come back whenever you can

Doing this showed me that the real me was there all along, waiting to be acknowledged. Too bad she had to wait so long.

She doesn’t have to wait any longer :)

I really liked thinking about little me for a bit. Thanks for that. Do we share images in this group sometimes?

Sometimes I will initiate a gallery, but as a subscriber you can share your pictures in the chat anytime, and invite others to do the same.

The next prompt is about sharing :)

This prompt was a powerful one! Thank you, Adam. I became a bit teary sketching a little me and writing down affirmations to myself🥹I’m looking forward to following along the #tenminuteartist prompts again this year!
