agree with you wholeheartedly on the effect consistency has on those consuming your content. it has become part of my morning routine to read this newsletter and ruminate on the thoughts it provokes during the day. so i get it 😋 and i agree
I feel structure helps me be free, I go over the past few days’s journals to get a sense of where I am, take some notes, make a plan for the day, then I’m good to go. The plan is some updated variation of the weekly plan.

Really honoured to be part of your morning routine, especially since I enjoy reading YOUR newsletter too!
What does your bullet journal morning look like?
I was never successful at maintaining a coherent bujo. How my mind operates just doesn't seem to follow that level of structure.
Equally, 3 morning pages takes me about 25 minutes, which is just a little too long to sustain in the morning. (I'm not an early riser).

I really need to get better at this... I am consistently inconsistent. Hahaha!
I find it really helps to make the chunks of work really small especially at the beginning :)
