Well the thing about Cal’s system is, you don’t lock in, it’s a bit like a sports team, you pick how it’s going to be, but you can always fix it moving through the day. It’s not about locking in it’s about having a game plan,plans change and there are allowances for that. By showing two different days I had hope to show how it could be flexible, even with such wildly erratic sleep hours :)
