You can check out Caroline Leaf’s book, I think when dealing with topics that we know so little about there is some mythological thinking, religious thinking combined with limited incomplete science... as a journaling practice I’ve found it very useful
I will check it if I find it here 😅 I love writing practices - free writing, morning pages, letters, clusters, time capsules, mind maps etc. When I could not afford a mental health practitioner I would quite effectively use them on a regular basis. It’s a very reliable instrument. But this one is so short and sweet - this is like the shortest thing I saw 👌
