If you want to fit Art into your daily routine it might be good to realise that anything can be art.
If that is true, than any moment can be transformed into an art experience for yourself or others. If you ever spent time with a young kid you will see how easily any moment can be quickly transformed into an art moment.
Take a photo.
Start Dancing.
Cut things up.
Stack things up.
Burst in to song.
Pose for a photo.
Stick things together.
Make an art installation.
Recite a poem or a story.
Anything can be art!
