Brilliant Adam! Thanks for the mention.

Feel free to share my super subscription income spread sheet so folks can work out their maths. I had people on the growth challenge last week think that bestseller was going to help them quit their jobs so the maths is always super important I think. ✨🥰

I really hope to be there on Friday but just in case I can’t duck away from my little one’s field trip for long enough to join will there be a recording shared later?

Hi Andrea, yes there will be.

And all the information you need will be in the email, but a dear friend told me sometimes we need to schedule things for them to get done, that’s why I’m doing the session:)

Having 101 paid subscibers would mean confirmation that I’m successfully finding my audience and providing value.

One area I would really like to focus on is consistent community. I tend to shy away from socializing and have difficulty finding consistent peer groups as a result.

An area of my life that I want to grow in is being more disciplined and consistent in my practice (even the small things!)

$10,000 a year would be a foundation to build my creative practice for the next year, but most importantly it would be a sense of financial relief.

I want to be a Substack Bestseller for two reasons: 1) to have an additional source of income that I can invest back into my creative practice and 2) to have a consistent community of peers.

What will it mean to you to have 101 paid subscibers?

It means that the work I'm doing is really resonating with others. I'm delivering value. It would also enable me to get some looms built and host community weaving events.

What is one area you would really like to focus on?

I'd like to continue to get better at delivering what others need before they even know that they need it. Helping people to get excited about creating and understand that they don't need the skills of a famous artists to enjoy the process.

What area of your life do you want to grow in?

AHH, this is a really good one. Leaning into who I am and really showing up.

What could $10 000 a year mean to you?

It would mean that I can host more events.

Why do you want to be a Substack Bestseller?

I know that when people discover and interact with my work, they're excited and engaged. Being a Bestseller means that the work is reaching a wide audience and making a positive impact.

I don’t know how artistic or creative the ideas are, but I will share the areas I needed to grow to reach the outcome :)

This is really great, thanks Adam!

Here's my homework:

101 subscribers would mean that I had financial security and could focus on taking on projects I'm passionate about. I could help other people and be able to create more meaningful posts than I can on instagram.

I would like to focus on sharing what I learn living a creative life. I'm currently working on building The Cardboard Museum of Natural History (from the future) and am working will other artist to take illustration into communities. Would people be interested?

I would like to grow in creative confidence. I hope documenting and sharing will help with this.

$10k a year would mean security and freedom to explore.

I want to be a bestseller to share what I know and discover and connect with others. It will help me to develop a regular writing practice. The money would enable me to spend the time on this project, and show what is resonating with people.
