You’re on a mission to gather 1020 Customers.
These will be divided into two sets.
1000 True Fans
The first set is 1000 True Fans1. A true fan is someone who would pay you $100 dollars a year for the things you make. This also means you will need to make $100 dollars worth of stuff a year. If a thousand people buy or sign-up for that it’s $100 000, and that’s a living.
Gaining one true fan per day would get you 1000 true fans in only a few years.
The more important number is creating $100 of value every year. Figure this part out first.
20 Dream Clients
The second set is a pool of 20 repeat clients who absolutely love working with you again and would pay between $15k-30k a year. Now you would only be able to do a handful of these projects a year. But having a pool of 20 clients to choose from ensures that you will always have a handful of projects.
