1. This year I started watching football again after a decade of abstinence. I’m not ready to go cold turkey, but maybe I’ll just watch the highlights, or limit the total time I spend on it in a month instead.

2. I will read more, 80% books that I’ve read before, and 20% new books, I’ll workout sometimes while I listen to audiobooks so there will be benefits in multiple dimensions.

MINDLESS SCROLLING ON SOCIAL MEDIA! It can be such time consuming sometimes. I would like to use this time to breath, meditate, read or sit at my drawing table to explore. I sometimes just turn off the WiFi on my computer to have a break, but there's always something I have to check, a reference image, an email to read a precision on a project. and I lost 15 minutes rather than the 1 minute it would normally had taken me. I'm sure I'm not the only one ;)

I have both the instructions, and references in a folder, sometimes I print both out so I check the folder instead! Because there is no getting out THAT rabbit hole! Good Luck with this one, it seems really really hard!

Ahhh yes wasted mindless hours! Mine is social media too! I’m going to try to be more mindful of it~ but it is a challenge when I go to post something on IG and instead spend too much time scrolling through it! I’m enjoying this newsletter with my coffee though :)
