Things I’m bringing to the island

On moving to an island for a month.

I’m moving ‘home’ for a month.

Penang island, the place I spent my late childhood, and the start of my working life.

Here’s what I packed:

1. My BenQ reading lamp - for working in the early mornings

2. iPadpro

3. Macbookpro

4. Travel easel with a drawer filled with gouache(12+4 colors) 2 sketchbooks, brushes, a foldable water container, a stack of index cards

5. A clipboard with a yellow legal pad

6. A new sketchbook (2 inches thick)

7. Bullet Journal

8. A printout of a picture book I’m illustrating

9. A print out of a summary of the book, “how to read a book”

10. Post it’s of work I need to do during my time on the island.
