In this series I’ve (re)introduced you to the basic tool of the Artist Way.
Namely the Morning Pages and Artist dates. I’ve been doing these for 25 years and sometimes they feel like they are not working. It can feel like it’s not working because it feels like spending time on these tools are taking you further from finishing your manuscript or seeing that final layer of varnish on your painting, but know that art takes time. And the time you take to sharpen your tools, show in the things that you make.
