📝 One of the things I confronted when starting working in publishing is instead of showing my work almost daily, I would work on projects that I would only be able to show a couple of years down the line. It’s disorientating and I miss showing my work daily. It’s still something I struggle with 2 years in. Maybe it gets easier once the books start coming out and I have more work that I can show from the projects…
On Being a Pro
It’s a new experience working daily but not being able to share anything. I miss the constant feedback, but there is excitement about working on something for a longer time period — an excitement building for when I show it to the client.
