One of the benefits of being a paid subscriber is to get a daily sketchbook prompts. My goal for this is to help anyone, and myself (mostly myself) start and maintain a daily sketchbook practice.
This now comes in the form of an 8 page Zine:
The goal of the Not Blank Sketchbook Zine is to give you a huge advantage by totally obliterating all the major reasons (read excuses) for not drawing in a sketchbook daily.
I don’t have a sketchbook. The Not Blank Sketchbook Zine is a printable that folds into an 8 page sketchbook!
I’m afraid of the blank page. That’s not a problem, because none of the pages are blank! (DUH!)
No seriously I have no idea what to draw every day. Each tiny page of the Not Blank Sketchbook Zine has instructions and prompts to get you started, okay, it tells you exactly what to draw.
I don’t have time! You can be done in under 5 minutes a day, the Not Blank Sketchbook Zine fits nicely into your pocket and wallet, just keep it around and when dead time strikes, you can whip it out and draw your page for the day.
Anddd…
While the prompts can be done in 5 minutes or less (Promise), you could always use that as a starting point and scale up the project to take 30 minutes, or extend it to a full fledge illustration. But no pressure…
Okay, here is issue 1! Thanks for subscribing! …
