Lace up and go out!

Many years ago, I created this acronym for myself - LUGO

Short for lace up and go out. Back then I used it to get me to go for a run. Today I used it for me to get me to the gym. One of Julia Cameron’s tools in ‘The Artist Way’, is to go for artist dates.

Dates you take yourself on. That’s just another way to say get out of the house.

LUGO quiets the mind and gives you a way to escape.
