It’s hard to keep up with a practice.
The hard days are the most important ones. Doing the minimum, letting that force of habit that was built in easier times to kick in. Collect something every day. And if you fall of get back up as quickly as you can.
Focus on gratitude to keep you grounded.
Nobody knows where ideas come from, but if you tune in, they do come.

This was the perfect reminder to pick up my gratitude journal again. I like to think of three things I’m grateful for each day but lately I haven’t been writing them in my journal. I’ll be sure to include a sketch with my next entry.
