The first ingredient in a daily practice is setting aside the time.
The next ingredient is the actual practice, now that we’ve carved out some time, what are we going to do with it. Over the next 5 days, I’m going to give you 5 distinct ways you can ground yourself in a 10 minute Artist Diary Practice.
This is to give you a taste of what’s possible at the end of the five days I’m going to ask you to choose your favourite of the 5 practices to become your default ten minute daily practice.
