Welcome to: Sacred Time: Part 4/5 , this day one of a 5 day project where we explore our relationship to time and aim to set apart 10 minutes of quality time each day for a drawing habit.
This project is the first the first of 3 projects of “Start a daily drawing habit: a Gameplan”, go here for the full table of contents.

Alive Time
We think the future is something that happens, rather than something we make.
— Ryan Holiday
I heard about Dead Time and Alive Time from Ryan Holiday, who heard it from his mentor Robert Greene.
Both Ryan and Robert are incredibly successful authors.
They also both worked for terrible bosses in high pressure situations. They were treated unfairly plotted and schemed against, and made to work and perform in harsh conditions. For years!
It reminds me of the nine years I spent working at startups.
This Gameplam is now available to all paid subscribers of Ten Minute Artist.
I’ve temporarily reduced the annual subscription of the newsletter to $50, but the price will go back up to $100 in on September 1st.
Once you subscribe you will get access to
2 Gameplans:
Start A Daily Drawing Habit (3 projects)
Start Earning True Fans (3 projects)
I will personally guide you through these projects by sending you a quick reminder each day, but you can also take the projects at your own pace whenever you’re ready.
Paid subscribers also get a new Ten Minute Artist project each month, these will add novelty and momentum to your practice and serve as an on ramp if you ever fall off.
So if you want to save $50, start a daily drawing habit and become part of the Ten Minute Artist Community.
If you’re not ready to make the investment, I’ve created a free project called Ten Minute Visual Journal Method, it’s the best thing I could show you and it’s absolutely free for anyone.
