Four types of energy

In the book, “The power of full engagement”, the authors point out that there are four types of energy.

When all four are working together we call that flow.

The types of energy are:

Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual

Having depleted my first 3 type of energy today, I got through the day on the fourth.
