Welcome to day 5 of 100 days of drawing icons
The prompt for day 5 is : Rose.
I made it specific rather than make the prompt simply ‘flower’. So we can save time deciding what kind of flower.
Over the 100 days I’ll try not to repeat myself, but know that the ideas do stack for example in Day 4 I used ‘the noun project’ for references of simplified icons for inspiration, you can do that for any of the prompts.
Today is the first time we’re using photographic reference. It’s good to limit the time spent collecting reference. Maybe to 15 minutes or less.
