So far we’ve been doing 10-Minute Artist sessions

As we hit the 2 week mark, I want to add a new term to the Ten Minute Artist Lexicon, and that word is Intervals, and I think we’re going to need it to day.

Over the past couple of weeks we’ve been getting used to the shape of 10 minutes.

You know that the first minute is always the slowest, and then it speeds up. And you have an internal clock telling you you’re about to reach the 10 minute mark. And then you’re done for the day.

But what if you wanted to go longer, and I have a feeling you’re going to want to today, here’s how we do it.
