Writing these letters are an integral part of my day. The main function it serves for me, is it keeps me accountable to my practice and growth. The writing itself is not a goal but a bi-product.

Here’s how I do it most days:

  1. I write morning pages , as a form of journaling. ⭐️ This is downloading from the soup in my head, and possibly beyond.

  2. I read a page or two from up to 5 books, there tends to be one book that I’m working through and I dip into the other. ⭐️ Reading is a meeting of minds that warrants the same seriousness as an appointment with friends.

  3. I take notes in my Zettlekasten, to build my knowledge base.

  4. I use one of the notes from my Zettlekasten as the main point of the newsletter.

β˜•οΈ Ps: Take a look at some of the systems and routines from other readers, and add your own!
